This is a really cute ice cream parlor attached to the Grand Hotel. It is a great way to enjoy the view from the hotel without actually staying there. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff is friendly and patient. The lilac ice cream is the best!

The ice cream was good! I wanted to try the lilac since that flavor isn’t too common and it was good if you like strawberry and floral combo flavor. I prefer cookie dough which was good as well. Pricy but that is expected. Great treat on a warm sunny day walking around. Ambiance is of course on point with the hotel.

It’s all about the view!
The ice cream was good but not the best I’ve had. There was a limited amount of flavors to choose from.
The location is connected to the Grand Hotel and offers small seating areas and views.
It’s one of the quieter places to sit and enjoy a treat.

Mackinac island lilac flavor is the best thing to have on the island. Was so happy to find out that they served Guernsey’s ice cream. The view from the shop is breathtaking.

Food was great the staff was professional and friendly.
Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant incident after we were done eating in with our family. The store is not providing a restroom and if you are not a hotel gues you either get charged additional admission fees or you get sent away to far away places.
For me this approach was not acceptable.

Had the hot fudge brownie sundae, it was terrible. Brownie was insanely soggy, wafers were soggy and the ice cream simply isn’t good. All of that for $17? Pass.
Service was very good however; clearly not their fault.
