we've been stopping for years. that ended today. plenty of staff waited too long for the young man to take our drink order, we then ordered our food at the same time. 30 minutes later I asked where our order was. I had to then follow up by asking for him at the waiter/waitress station. was told it would be a few more minutes. we paid for our drinks and left. we stopped here about 10 times a year traveling. the service has been getting slower and slower. we won't be back.

Audie’s has three great restaurants to choose from for the family occasion. Chippewa Room is fine dining with business casual attire. We had a great waiter delivering our food and drinks when it was needing filled. The restaurant selection can be confusing but understand its catering to family with children on one side or fine dining for those couples or adult gatherings. Be sure to check out the menus and accommodations. An all together great asset to Mackinaw City.

Disappointed is an understatement. Went there last night to celebrate getting engaged a couple hours before hand and received awful service. I even thought it was a staffing issue and approached the front stating out server may need help just to be told they had adequate staffing. My fiance later called the establishment to try and remedy the issue just to be brushed off. There was no effort to try and remedy the problem there, and my party was there for a little over 3 hours Not the best way to celebrate just getting engaged. also upon reading further reviews apparently other parties had an attempt to make it right or offered a discount. we got nothing. I just got engaged. nice.

With a great location just south of the Mackinac Bridge, Audie’s Restaurant is a prime spot to fill that empty stomach and take in the community culture. Their Bison Burger is, hands down, the best burger I have ever had and their onion rings were cooked to absolute perfection. Our server, Amanda, was incredibly kind and down to earth. She also gave us some insight as to what things there are to do around the bridge in March. Overall a great experience and, next time we come up this way, we will surely be stopping in to Audie’s again!

An "ok" family style restaurant. The burgers and poutine were average at best. Have you ever seen poutine without cheese curds? and it had American cheese on top??? Ewww. The meatloaf was incredibly dry and seemed to have been made days in advance. I had to send it back! Even the waitress agreed with me. It was replaced with hot, delicious fish and chips.

Microwaved greasy bacon and microwaved poutine and microwaved everything…. gross and overpriced. This place stays in business by being literally the only option at times during the winter.

Audie’s is a very convenient, delicious landmark restaurant in Mackinaw City. Perfect location just before the bridge. The food is hot, fresh and filling and reasonably priced for a family!

Very homey feeling, old school diner. View of the Mackinac Bridge from the front parking and local authors signed books for sale in the front. Food was amazing, my son's 10th birthday breakfast and he said it was the best pancake, hot cocoa, and jam he's ever had from a restaurant. She got a sundae for him (AND his 2 siblings) with a happy birthday sing from the whole place. Amazing memories for my birthday boy and just made his whole 5 hour road trip so much brighter! Great job Audie's! The whole family cleared their plates and want to come back soon.

I had been so excited to try this place out and certainly was not disappointed the steak was amazing (I did order shrimp with it and didn't end up getting those but we showed up about an hour before closing) my husband got the spaghetti marinara and said that was good as well. We did have about a 20 minute wait to get in the door but that just proves the food is good! Our waitress was so nice even with how hectic everything was. I tried the grasshopper (so delicious) and husband tried the long island. The long island was quite strong so he drank that as quick as he could and then ordered himself a grasshopper as well. We definitely will be back!
