I’m just following up on your response to one of your reviews….I was with one of the three groups that showed up on November 13th. We were not invited in as you stated instead the person had suggested we should try Mackinac Island Brewery. We had looked on your website and google to see you hours of operation and both stated you are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and open Wednesday - Sunday. Exactly what we were looking for!! We were camping in Wilderness SP and wanted a laid back spot where we could drink good beer with our dogs. Wonderful owners were on site and visiting with patrons. Their son is the brewer. Great people, delicious beer, and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy it all!
Wherever I travel I look for a local brewery. I did not expect to find such a special and unique brewery in Mackinaw City. I want to go back and try all of their beers and just slowly drink and relish each sip. Do yourself a favor and skip the usual bars downtown and drive a couple of minutes to get there. The menu is somewhat limited but, the paninis were excellent.
