Had a fabulous meal tonight at Darrows. Thank you for a wonderful meal and great service. “Red” was our server and super sweet and efficient.
We went there for both lunch and breakfast during our visit to Mackinaw City. The waitresses were very friendly and the food was delicious especially the chocolate peanut butter pie. Portions are large. Prices about the same as everywhere. Highly recommend!
I came in as a single person and was seated. After 15 minutes, no one approached me. I went to the counter to ask about getting carry out and was told they don’t do it after 5 PM. I explained to the cashier that I had been there for 15 minutes And she shrugged and said sorry.
food was SO good and i loved the cozy atmosphere! our waitress was so kind :)
Such a fun place. The lighthouse motif is the coolest part of the place. Wish they were open during the winter, but if you're in town in the summer, go! Pie is yummy. Food is above average. Great whitefish.

We (my wife and I) went a couple weeks before they closed for the season on a Sunday morning and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated but it was SOO worth it. We both got the Old Fashioned B&G Special. It was a lot of food but it was all very good and very worth the wait and the money. I highly recommend this place to anyone in or passing through Mackinac City.

Best place to eat. The white fish platter is excellent, as well as all the menu items. Service is excellent. Clean, friendly atmosphere.

They were very busy, but they handled it with ease, but food was just so so. Definitely not the home-cooking I remember

Didn't dine there. It was full, so my wife and I got in waiting line, but no list to sign or person to check wait time with. They didn't seat anyone in the 15 minutes we was in line or even acknowledge us people in line.
Great place to have breakfast. Good food. Good service. Kudos to Lauren our server. Pleasant and friendly. Will be back on our future trips to the UP.

Overall good food, but portion sizes were small. Breakfast menu definitely overpriced. Wait staff was kind and efficient. We didn’t wait to be seated…atmosphere is clean…we probably would choose to try another place. $15-20 per breakfast is quite steep.

An excellent dinner, got in just before the wait started! We had the apricot bourbon chicken and the Cajun Whitefish sandwich, large portions, and all delicious. Found some room for pie also, which was fabulous, a light and tender crust, and lots of cherries, haven't had a cherry pie like that since I was young!
