food was good. service on the other hand... horrible. asked for a side of sauce more than once and ended up walking to the kitchen window myself to get it.

Food was average, atmosphere was clean! Service was terrible! Waitresses were rude and cocky. Spoke with manager on duty and was quite a class act of a manager! Doesn’t know how to be professional and speak to customers!
We went at like 7pm with ten people and obviously expected a wait time around an hour but were told that it would be about 30 minutes and to put our name on a wait list so we went and tried to find somewhere to sit and wait as a group and there was no where so we went ONE store down and sat infront of of their restaurant but before we did the host told us to just come back and check in in about 20 to see an update so about 20 minutes passed and we went over and check and she told us that our name was called when it wasn’t and that she gave away our spot in line then we told her that we needed to get back on the list then and she told us that she had to be able to see all of us standing there ready to go in for her to be able to get a spot which is absolutely ridiculous

Food was good, service was pretty mediocre.
Every time we come Up North, the first thing we do is the Keyhole for a whitefish Reuben and a regular Reuben. I absolutely can’t get off the whitefish Reuben to try anything else! The service is always great too. It’s quick, efficient and friendly.

Nice little spot to grab a drink, the chicken ceasar wrap was great.
