We ordered the family meal and when we got home they forgot everything but mashed potatoes and gravy went back and told us they didn't want to make more chicken treated us rudely when we asked for our chicken they forgot and threw in random leftover pieces because they refused to make us more chicken for our order it was random pieces of the extra crispy some tenders some spicy it was the weirdest experience I have ever had anywhere

I ordered and was charged for a 12 piece chicken and four sides, two large mashed potatoes and gravy and two large coleslaw. When I got home, I realized there was only two individual coleslaw. I called the store multiple times before someone finally answered the phone. The man that answered the phone argued that a 12 piece meal only comes with one potato and one coleslaw. I told him I didn’t order the meal. I ordered the chicken only and 4 sides. He told me I could come back to the store and they would give me the correct coleslaw. I live 25 miles away one way. I made a special trip to Mackinac city just to go to KFC. I asked him if he could just please refund it to my credit card. He told me he would have to call the owner and get back with me. It’s been almost a week now and I haven’t heard back. I will never go to this location again. Crappy customer service.

We wanted to order a bucket of dark meat, we specifically asked her for legs & thighs only, original recipe chicken (but she gave us breasts and wings in there) the rude woman wouldn't let us, she could've been nicer about it if they weren't prepared. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her customer service skills were lacking.

The food was beyond terrible. My chicken was super dense wasn’t even enjoyable. I paid $45 for nothing but over cooked BS chicken. Definitely not worth your time or money don’t go here.

Went in this KFC in the summer of 24'.... last week. The lady running the counter was FAST and really polite! Even after dealing with the super slow people in front of me. The gent bringing my food/order was swift, super friendly and my order was precise. Good job crew. Somebody tell them great job. Love a great experience. Colonel would be proud.
This is one of the top 3 best restaurants I have EVER been in ... What made it the absolute best is the people that work there ... They made the experience the absolute best, and honestly, the food tasted better I think just because of how awesome the supervisor and the staff were .. some of the awesomest people I have ever gotten to meet ❤️
