Stopped in with some hungry kids shortly before closing and they were great. The food was freshly made, fries were hot!! And everything was great. We've been bringing our kiddos up here for years and it's always fantastic!! Thanks to the crew, my kids enjoyed everything.
Pleasant, casual dining experience. Food was very good, service was great, and the portion sizes were generous. We stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday when it was pretty busy. Our food still came out in reasonable time. It's a REAL locally owned restaurant, not owned by the fake Mackinaw Chamber of Tourism. (Lieghio Family)
This is THE breakfast spot in Mackinaw! Stay clear of Toast A Go-Go; that place sucks. Pancake Chef is very professional with amazing food and welcoming staff. We ate here twice during our stay, had breakfast and lunch, and everything we ate here was delicious and exceeded expectations. Also, the amount of food you get is more than your money's worth. Expect to leave here full and happy.
