Probably the best fish sandwich I've tried in Michigan or anywhere else. Well fried whitefish, really delicate and super tasty. I ordered the 3 fish to go and the portions are large. We are it on the beach at our resort. Perfect day!
This place we found and locals go here to eat Fish and Chips. Absolutely awesome. We went back-to-back days. We loved it so much and I love it. You'll find that it's tucked away. Not the main strip.
I really didn't have very high hopes for a place named Scalawags. The name alone brought visions of a tourist trap with crappy over priced food.
