$8 dollars for a small Chai, then when prompted to pay a tip there was no skip button so I ended up having to pay 11 dollars for 1 drink. Jesus christ, pay your workers starbucks. Or allow a skip button.

Horrible experience. Paid close to 11$ for 1 venti frappuccino, which was disgusting, and asked to remake it, which was still bad!! It was more of whipped cream for almost half of the cup!! waste of money.

This lady was being very rude to the workers. Just a total Karen and embarrassed her kids. The workers were very courteous and fixed one of her drinks when it was hot instead of cold. Keep up the good work and don't let people get to you!

Something is off about said establishment. We all know the monopoly of Mackinac city being owned by one family who also owns this "starbucks". Prices are double of what you would pay at a regular starbucks, oh and you can't use your app/stars/etc. Whatsoever. This feels like a straight knock off to me. I can't understand how the starbucks company itself would allow this. There isn't the word starbucks anywhere on the outdoor signs. Honey comes in a packet. The drinks are not the quality of a regular starbucks cafe. It's all really weird and suspicious to me. Regardless, stop giving money to these people.

I have never written a bad review on google until now. Ordered a honey oat latte (cafe miel without cinnamon) and was told the honey packets are behind me. I had to beg them to put honey in a latte. They were also out of oat milk. Ordered a plain coffee as well. Coffee was room temp. Total came to $15 for the two drinks (remember, one was a plain coffee). My observation is this… Price gouging and poor management make this a place to avoid. There is a way better option just down the road but due to the timing of my trip, it was our only option for a coffee. Next time I’ll just get a gas station cup of coffee.

Gorgeous Starbucks! 2 floors. The upper floor has a beautiful scenery and the cabin feel is perfect. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The wooden beams and rustic decor enhance the charm, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.

Slow service and was missing the avocado spread from the order. When I asked for a refund for that item, I was told rather sharply to call customer service to get a refund, it wasn’t their responsibility. So not only is their inventory incorrect, it’s the customer’s problem to spend time to receive a refund. That’s pretty lousy customer service.
Over priced. Disgusting. Slow. Save yourself the disappointment. We paid $20 for two tall cappuccinos and threw them away.
