This was an awesome Starbucks in Mackinaw City MI. They actually have an elevator inside and very clean. The employees were all great and polite. My drink was spot on and absolutely delicious. I would love to come back and stay longer.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They overcharge on everything. The cashier was so rude. Save your money and just get coffee at the gas station and wait till you get back to your hometown to get some Starbucks.

STUPID expensive. 9.75 for a PSL. $4 for apple juice and 3.75 for a cheese stick. Nuts!
Building was clean and staff was friendly. Coffee was outrageously priced but to be expected for it being a touristy location. I ordered a pumpkin shaken espresso and the shots were bitter and I couldn’t taste the pumpkin at all. I would have asked them to remake it had I not been in a hurry. Overall not worth it for the price. You’re better off going to a local place.

First of all, the girl at the cash register Saturday night around 9 not only did not give me my discount after I specifically asked and she said yes, (it also should have popped up?) but seemed high or something and was skipping around eating? Then hid behind a wall to peek out while we waited for our drinks as she ate? The rest of the staff also seemed off and rude, very weird and I would not go back.

We ordered a Java chip frappe my hubby sipped it then gave it to me I took a drink as we were crossing the bridge there was zero coffee in it. Very dissatisfied

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. After having been away from good coffee I was sorely disappointed by the sub par experience at this particular Starbucks. The coffee was a cheap substitute for the real Starbucks stuff. My latte was watered down and flavorless. My pumpkin bread slice was old and dried out. The total came to $15.50 before tax, which is just too much for what I got. When I went to pay, the machine held me hostage until I added a tip. There was no work around. My total came to $17.43. What a waste. No TP in the bathroom or paper towels so how can a person clean up? Really ticked off.
