Waiter was very slow and never came back to ask us how our food was. Our breakfast took forever to come out and when we got it, it was like warm. The toast was not toasted. Would not recommend.

Would not let me order off kids menu.was given coupons for breakfast but restaurants only give you four options to choose from.so coupons are junk.food ..well a bowl of oatmeal was 11.99..a bagel cost 10.99..a breakfast plate cost 18.99..ouch for the wallet.. better pack food if you're planning on going to Mackinaw

Don't get tricked with the Buy One Get Free coupon you get at the hotels. (They will take the cheapest one of the limited menu off so not really worth it anyway) Breakfast is expensive, and the food quality is lower than average. If you don't order 1 menu per person, they will charge $8 for sharing.
Every experience in Mackinaw was great and this restaurant ruined for us. Never coming back here ever again.

This place is a scam. Our hotel provides 10% off restaurants in the area. There were no issues with other restaurants but this place uses hidden language and refuses to split up bills in order to reduce the coupons. They did not disclose this until after we ordered. I'd go else where

Host was quite rude in pointing out the BOGO coupon with the HUGE restrictions, sat down and server was quick to arrive for drink order....well done server. Coffee cup was absolutely filthy, and when pointed out to host, he tried to say it was the UP pattern....that washes off with wet paper towel.....for the cost of the food, not worth staying there for eating....left.

My server took my food without asking. I didn't ask for boxes and she didn't ask if we needed boxes. It's a courtesy to ask if you want your food. I just got done paying for it. Shouldn't i get the option to keep the leftovers. I felt robbed of the decision. Which is truely disappointing.

We just left here and the food wasn’t good. Everything tasted Iike a burnt taste. Biscuits and gravy was so watery. The hash brown tastes nothing like grease. For $18.99 for a small plates I was expecting good food. Will never come back here.

the BOGO coupon can't be used for takeout, has very few options, none of which include eggs, and can't be used after 12pm, all things that should've been listed on the coupon.

Also, the food wasn't great. Go to McDonald's. They're way better than this place!

They don't tell you before your bill that you are forced to use a credit card and forced the 3.5% card fee to get the buy one get one coupon... Will never go back to this place!!!! Server was nice until trying to explain logic to her, what if nobody would of had a card on them.... Long story short, I charged her 3.5% out of her tip... Sad that it has to work that way but since she didn't even want to listen in the 1st place made me not feel as bad... Again this is a bad corporate place and will never go back to this establishment!!! Now I just checked my card app vs the receipt and The Lighthouse Restaurant over charged my card by $4.16, I wonder how many people do not check this and how many people have been robbed by this establishment..

Don't belive in mix and match. Staff can't explain how this deal works. We got ripped out. Talked to manager who don't care about reviews.
