Still really good food here, but I feel like the prices are very expensive now. The standard bowl of Pho is 16.98 and a Chicken Fried Rice is 20.00! That is a decent size plate of rice with chicken and a small cup of soup. You can get a really good lunch locally for less than 20 dollars.
