Delivery took over a half hour, forgot breadsticks, pizza was cold and not cooked all the way. Very disappointed
Terrible customer service. Spent $50 and tipped when I picked up the food. Asked for an extra side of marinara and the woman said “that’ll be 80 cents.” I checked my wallet and had no cash or change. Should have told them to take it out of their tip. They also changed the size of their marinara that comes with their breadsticks. It’s 1/3 the size it was last time I ordered Pizza Hut (around Christmas). I may get Pizza Hut again at some point but I’ll never go back to this location.
This place needs new management. Everything was dry and overcooked. The cheese bread was just a burnt, dry slab, it wasn’t even cut. The picture is cheese STICKS, not a brick. This food is too expensive for what I received.
They are using way too much oil, the pizza is too greasy. Try a thin film of oil or use Pam. $20 for a large pizza with three toppings including Extra Grease, that's way too much. They are overpriced and never have any deals.
They somehow manage to mess up the order every time. We live 4 minutes from here. Estimated delivery was 25 to 35 minutes. Took an hour and 15. Ordered a tea and got a lemonade.
The New York styled pizza must have been frozen and reheated. It was terrible worse pizza I have ever had. We just crossed pizza hut off our list.
I ordered a pizza and garlic bread from this location i should have check it before I left but did not when I get home my surprise to see Texas toast as garlic bread very bad quality. Also I called the store when I noticed and truthfully asked about it the gentleman just hung up on me.

I called in my order and was left on hold for 5 minutes before the phone was answered. I asked why so long, I was just there, and the store was not busy. The young man said hold on. After 5 more minutes I drove to the store and the manager was on the phone on a personal call. I interrupted her and said I been on hold for 10 minutes why isn't anyone taking my order. She told me they are busy. Then I showed her my phone still on hold while she's on a personal call and all the help were in the back talking. She told me she was talking to a sick employee. But I was listening, and she was not just getting the problem, they were shooting the breeze and I am still on hold. I became irritated. I again said I am still on hold, where is your employee's. It appears she became angry with me. She was unprofessional, snippy, and reluctantly took my order. I will not be getting anything from Pizza Hut again if this is the type of Managers you hire. I can't express my disappointment more strongly. 15 Minutes on hold before I was serviced, and your paying these people good money to stand around and do nothing. You should get rid of her or retrain her cause she is costing you money.

This is our go-to dinner pleaser when I'm too tired to cook. For $25 I can feed 6 people ND have left overs. Everyone loves it in my house and that's hard to do with 5 kids lol The staff is great also.
I was visiting relatives and ordered dinner. I knew I would need to pick it up and purchased two large pizzas, 16 boneless wings, and two orders of cheesy breadsticks. The app offered curbside pickup for that location. When I arrived there were no curbside signs that I could see which I thought was strange, but I told the app I was there. I waiting over 5 minutes and no one came out. I called and asked when someone would bring the order out. I wasn't mean or nasty. The woman stated that they don't have curbside service. Her tone wasn't pleasant when she said it. I said, "Oh! The app offered it and even let me choose where to have someone place the order." And she said, well we don't have that, you have to come in. So, I went in, and tried to show her that the app clearly shows it because her tone on the phone made me feel like she was calling me a liar. She basically ignored me and printed out the receipt asked me to sign it then shoved the food at me. I didn't comment, but I took the food and left The breadsticks didn't have much cheese and they were overcooked. The pizza was fine. But overall, I would avoid that location.
Have had three experiences with this store. The first was great. Food was delivered fast like super fast. The food was hot but It’s Pizza Hut so you kinda expect what the quality of the food is going to be, average at best. The second experience after waiting over a hour ended up called the store n canceled the entire order. Was told their are only three employees working the store and they were doing best they could. My card was refunded without issue and I wrote it off. After weeks of emails n offers tried them again tonight 10/14/22. Did a online order at 5:55 pm at 5:57 I get a email saying expect delivery by 6:30. I knew it was going to at least 6:45 and was fine with it. At 6:57pm I called to find out what was going on with the delivery. After waiting on hold 8 minutes I was again told they were short handed n doing best they could and that they were waiting on a door dash driver to deliver the order. Again canceled the entire order n will not give them another opportunity.
It’s 5 out of 7 times I order here, that I am disappointed. Today, I ordered a few items including 2 large pizzas. One thin crust, one hand tossed. The thin crust pizza wreaked of a fishy smell and it was as hard as a rock. The hand tossed pizza was also rough to bite into. The marinara tasted like a glorified tomato paste. Mind you — my food was still hot. I received my food and brought it right in - time between me ordering and it getting delivered was like 30 minutes. I generally get over it and still eat, but at this moment, I am quite agitated that this is a common pattern and I haven’t eaten anything except my pasta.
Ordered a stiff crust pizza with 2 toppings. I was told it was over $20. My husband went in to pick it up and the guy behind the counter said, “There is a coupon for a 2-topping stuffed crust pizza.” My husband said, “Great, I’ll use that coupon please.” The guy behind the counter said no because we didn’t mention it. Seriously?!?! So the woman on the phone didn’t give us the coupon and the guy behind the counter told my husband about it and then said he couldn’t give it to him. That’s bad business! Do what’s right! We didn’t even know about this until we were told about it and then told we couldn’t have it. I don’t get it!
