Although I have seen staff come in and out of this place, I think Now there are a few really great staff members here who really do care about making your experience great so you come back. I am here every week at least once, occasionally twice a Week. I typically always get an oreo mochi waffle, Which is the greatest thing ever! and a milk tea... usually the Okinawa 😋 sometimes a tiger tea. The food was really good, I went their yesterday with my girls and still can’t get over how good the food and the drinks were. The lady was really nice , the place was clean , the food was quick , warm and once again really good

Love this place. I’ve been coming for years. Service is great, it’s a cute and relaxing environment, and they have great tea. Today there was a very rude customer in front of me in line yelling. She was very clearly in the wrong but your team member Brendan handled it calmly and was genuinely trying to help her. She was one of those who it’s impossible to make happy. Props to keeping his cool, staying professional, and handling it with grace. Good team here.
