Stupid good. I say that because it doesn’t make sense that that kind of flavor can come from a food truck. My Nona would never believe it. Which means she is in Heaven watching me eat this and cursing me for eating sauce from a Curbside food truck! “Nona!!!! I promise its amazing and authentic!”
