Absolutely theeeee worst. The fries were lukewarm at best the chicken strips was clearly not fresh and had been there for over 30min. Now I've had a few bad experiences at this location but the customer service has always been exceptional. But this time..the food was not cooked to order..But cooked too -Order..lol Savvy Siders go back to closing early if your just going to drop the ball after hours

Painfully slow service. This location is badly understaffed and poorly trained. The inside is not very clean or organized. The food is decent, with the burger being perfectly seasoned. The fries were fresh. The cashier was friendly and was very focused on customer satisfaction. While I feel the price is a bit steep for what you get, the biggest problem is waiting 15 minutes for your order. If they hired extra people, and ran a more efficient setup they could be successful here.

We normally come every Wednesday. For the half off sliders. This Wednesday they aren’t doing the half off sliders even tho there is a big sign out front that’s says they are. I was charged for a water cup, and they didn’t give us the right food the first time. Normally they do everything right but this meal wasn’t worth 40 dollars I wish I had gone to the Coney Island next door instead. And since they aren’t doing the half off sliders anymore there is no reason to come at all.

Great chicken tenders. Fresh and lots of flavor. Also a great selection of dipping sauces. Fries were also spot on with the house seasoning.
Great food! Got beef and chicken sliders as well as the tenders. Food comes fairly slowly but its hot and fresh. Pricing is pretty good. Sauces are great here for the tenders and we love the seasoning options for the fries.
