Ordered a cup with cookie dough ice cream got about 1/3 of the way thru and relized no cookie dough pieces. Looked around the cup couldnt really find any so I went to the cou ter to confirm it was cookie dough which it was. I get it maybe it was an unlucky scoop so I asked if they could give me a new one as I'm sure the next one would be fine and the staff looked at me like I asked for a refund for my whole family's order. Then they preceed to just simply ignore me until I went away. We've ome here for years and years but never again. I can get ice cream lots of places so if you don't care about my business I'll go down the street.

This place had started nickel and diming families. it’s all about the almighty dollar to them. my daughter wanted two flavors and they require you to purchase a double for two flavors. well she’s 5 and can’t eat that much ice cream. so i had them put the flavors separately and i’d just finish what she didn’t eat. we go to check out and they charge me for two singles! they argued with me saying that because i split the flavors instead of stacking them, then i have to be charged twice. then something about how it’s more ice cream ounces. i didn’t ask for two singles worth of ice cream. i asked for a double with two flavors and the girl said that was ok, then switched it up on me and charged me twice! i could buy everything on the menu if i wanted, its not about the money. its the MORALS! Dishonest and sneaky to squeeze the wallets of the community. Been coming here for 13 years. what a shame.

Took my wife this afternoon for some dessert. Not only did they have many flavors to choose from, they had lots more on their menu that sounded just as good! Decent amount of seating indoors and outdoors, staff were very friendly. I’d highly recommend.

Been in twice this year so far, the first time my husband and I both ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup, his was two scoops over the top of the cup and mine was a bit more like one scoop barley going over the rim. Our second visit was not much different, my son ordered a shake, to say you could hear the young girl grinding the plastic in the cup was an understatement because she went right through, he had to get a second cup to stop the dripping. I ordered a cone dipped in chocolate, the chocolate taste like pure wax and it took two people to make it, I love that you are giving young adults there first jobs…but some kind of adult supervision is needed. The ice cream is delicious. Just don’t try to go beyond “just ice cream “

I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination so I rarely try anything new, but my husband really wanted to try it out. They were very accommodating and kind. Clearly labeled on their ice cream flavors which allergens are present & when I mentioned my allergy they used a new clean scoop for me to avoid cross contamination which meant SO much to me as I get anxious whenever trying a new place and don’t know whether the workers will understand. Tasty ice cream & fantastic customer service. Couldn’t ask for anything better. 🩷

We literally live up the street and our frequent visitors of scoop and twist. We love the ice cream and the creative things they do during big events or holiday seasons. I just wanted to say that we were there during these blistering hot days that we’ve recently had and could not believe how warm it was in the store. We asked if the air was broken in the employee stated that it wasn’t it’s just that they were not allowed to adjust the settings And that did not sit well with me. We just cannot believe that these great ladies were having to work here all day in the sweltering warmness in the store. we could barely stand it just being there for 15 minutes. Management Team: please ensure that the store has ample air! It was really disheartening to hear and see this.
