Why is this location closed Monday-Thursday? This is the only Starbucks I go to and I saw it was closed until Friday

Me and my family all ordered from them, the coffee was watered down, and tasted burnt and all of us felt sick after drinking them by far the worst experience I've had.
This is my favorite Starbucks. The people that work here are so friendly and kind. They go above and beyond. Awesome place.

Food was very good same with fast service. Only issue I have is that you can not go inside witch I feel is a waste of the money they spent on the building.
Vegetarian options: Everything here is highly vegetarian (from what I know)
Dietary restrictions: Would be careful of milk it is used in many of the foods
Parking: It doesn't have a parking lot it has a drive-thru but it can take a long time to get though
Kid-friendliness: Partially kid friendly would be cautious of caffeine

Pleased with service, although a couple of kids came in and started yelling and spitting everywhere. They spit all over the place. Starbucks please fix this.

Terrible customer service. Doesn’t matter if you go almost everyday if coffee taste bad. They will send you away if you had a few remakes over months

I ordered a chocolate cream cold brew at 0539 on 10/27/2024 in app. The payment went through & I arrived to pick up my coffee at 0545. No one was there & the lights were out. This is a great inconvenience as I work in a hospital & it takes time away from my patients. I tried calling the store for a refund at 0630 but no one answered after 4 times calling. I arrived at the store at 0700 & three employees were prepping for the morning. I could not open the door as it was locked. I was outside for about 10 minutes. They would look at me & make eye contact but would not open the door. I stood outside in 42 degree weather knocking on the door until the manager opened the door. I told her I had cone to pick up my order within business hours but no one was here. She said someone was late. I said, "if you are the manager, why weren't you here to open also?" She said nothing. I picked up my coffee & said that I had tried calling the store but no one answered. The manager said, "oh, our phones are down." The location opens at 5:30 on Sundays, this location this morning opened at 7:00. This is unacceptable as other orders were made and other customers were not able to pick them up. The manager handed me a $4 gift card and turned her back to me. I felt very dismissed as this created a great inconvenience, taking time away from my patients & for me to drive all the way back, for her to shut me up with a giftcard. The gift card would not even compensate for my original purchase of a single drink. I was not given an apology & feel dismissed. This should not have happened & I want to ensure it will not happen again as I'm a regular at this location as it is close to my workplace. From a manager even. So unprofessional to not be open & ready for customers AN HOUR & A HALF AFTER POSTED BUSINESS HOURS.

I order here a few time a week and today was a disappointment. They must have new people on Fridays because my go to order tasted bad and was incorrect. I didn’t even get my extra shot of espresso that I paid for as well. Literally got a cappuccino that had about 4 sips lol what a joke

This morning, I placed an order at the drive-through around 11 a.m. and ended up waiting in line for over half an hour. Unfortunately, once in line, exiting was not an option due to the line's configuration. I ordered a Venti Iced Shaken Espresso and an egg and pesto sandwich. After the extended wait, I was informed at the window that the egg and pesto sandwich was unavailable. The staff member, who has consistently displayed a lack of friendliness and a noticeable attitude during previous visits, did not offer an alternative or attempt to rectify the situation. Consequently, I requested only the drink. I paid and left with no further assistance. Given the amount I spend at Starbucks, this experience was disappointing and has significantly impacted my willingness to return due to the lack of customer service.
