“We came in last week to celebrate a birthday in the family. I called earlier in the day to see what would be the best option, because we had seven people. I figured they didn't do reservations, which I confirmed on the phone. I asked if there was a website or an app that I could add my name to, to help make the wait time shorter if they were busy. I was told no. There were zero options. So I asked if the only way was to just show up and hope for the best. Was told yes. So that's what we did. Of course, when we got there, they were slammed, and we were told the wait was 25 minutes. After I stood there for nearly 40 minutes, waiting and staring at the sign that said "Skip the Line! Download our app!" I asked the hostess if the table was almost ready and expressed my frustration with the phone call I had earlier. She sat us a few moments later, and things got better from there.
Our server, Carter, was a polite young man. He was patient and took great care of us. The food took a little while to come out, which was expected because they were busy. My chicken was perfect, the triple dippers were delicious. My husband's burger was ok, not the greatest, but not awful. Carter kept our drinks full and checked on us often. He kept our cake in the cooler and brought it with plates and silverware after our meal. Overall, it was a great night out with family.“

“The Greater was rude ....I ask may I please get a window seat when available...she said 5 to 10 min I said ok not a problem we can wait me my g.daughter..then she placed at a dark table in the middle....of restaurant I said no sweete I ask for a window seat plz that's why I wanted she got upset n stressed tossed the menu and said mean words under her breath 🫁 I wish I got her name we were there at 2-22-25 around 2:30 p.m.for lunch upon exit she didn't greet us like she did the other customers" Ty for choosing chilli"s have a good day...she look at us and mumble humm.n put her Head back to to her cell phone 📱 it's Kool though..I just tipped my waitress 10 bucks she was fantastic 😻 and so was the cooks ... thanks 👍 I did continue to enjoy my lunchtime with my g daughter n tough her how to respect the public because she ask me questions about why her behavior was unacceptable...I no this is a lot but it's all together true ... Have a Blessed Everybody.“
