The food was as expected, great for what you want from WC. However, the customer service was poor! Not even a word, no hi, hello, nothing from the employee handing me my food in the drive thru! Don't even think I got a smile ?

This was some of the best White Castle I've had in years!!!! Gave us SUPER GAS, but was worth it. Only problem, they were very slow and we had to ask for condiments twice, and they still forgot one of the sauces.

I waited in line over 25 minutes to get a 10 pack. They were out of chicken; how does that happen??? I find it hard to believe this far into COVID ya cant get your chicken. I'm not entirely sure the food I have is safe to eat. The fries were probably done over an hour ago because they aren't even warm and I could see bags lined up on the countertop. I wouldn't doubt if the sandwiches are from Kroger and microwaved--as long as it took to get the meal. I'm sure there are only 2 people on the building... and they are both absolutely miserable. So very disappointed in this experience. Hopefully, I wont be sick in the AM. Do not go to this location!!

Very good sevice! Very clean restaurant! I was told to have a blessed day when I received my food and I thought that wonderful! Very nice personal touch! I will definitely be back again!

Probably not deserving even 3 stars. But hey its White Castle so for horrible for you Friday night fast food it's always a 5. Jalapeño sliders and fries (seriously the only better fries are fresh Mcdonalds.

Ordered Impossible sliders which come with cheese. No cheese on sliders, despite the premium price (listed on web that this comes with cheese and the price reflects this). I've been vegetarian for more than 13 years and they definitely gave me meat and not the Impossible slider which I paid a premium price for. Charged $1.02 extra per each slider that I could not eat. Disgraceful!!!! Have not had this issue at other W.C. locations.
