This nice, family restraunt once stellar for homemade baked dishes, meatloaf, pork chops, and more is now stretched thin due to chef change. Hopefully they can get back into the kitchen and resume mom's favorites. In the meantime, a die hard customer base and loyal crew are keeping the basics going for a go to local eatery.
Decent food. Used to go there a lot. But i can’t justify $18 for bacon eggs and french toast. Wont be going back. I dont know what happened to their prices, but the food isnt worth that much. Disappointed.
Breakfast was great. Best Hash Brown's I have had in a long time. The atmosphere is hard to describe... Very welcoming but not in the overly friendly way, it is better than that. It is like a being part of a family, a real one, laughing, bickering, and caring. I will come back to Detroit just to have breakfast here.
