I went through the drive through and they just ran out of the burgers for the whoppers and we all had to wait for a while for food. Felicia was working the window and really holding the crisis down to a minimum by directing everyone where to go and what to do. I don't feel like I waited very long but Felicia did and apologized. John brought out my lunch and was also apologetic and very nice. I never mind waiting for a warm whopper...yum. I think the staff was exceptional....
Everytime we come here something is always messed up, wether I’m missing a fry that I payed for, I get the wrong wraps which is not hard to mess up I always get two classics, or their freeze machine is down after I already paid and they just wanna switch it with a normal drink. Don’t come here if you don’t want ur order messed up cause their famous for it.
I just came through the drive-thru line to make my order recognizable it was the one with three honey mustard chicken wraps no tomato and bacon, I just wanted to say although the food had a little bit of a wait I appreciate that you guys took the time to make it correctly, into the guy that handed me my food that looked kind of stressed out, keep your chin up you're doing a great job let the b******* get to you
