Food is really hit and miss. Drive thru times can be unbearably long. I was asked to pull forward ten minutes ago and am still waiting for food. There is no one else here all I ordered are two sandwiches and tiny fries. I think they just forgot about me. Stay at home and make your own food, you’ll be glad you did. It’s a shame because when they get their act together the food here can be out of this world delicious.
I went through the drive through and they just ran out of the burgers for the whoppers and we all had to wait for a while for food. Felicia was working the window and really holding the crisis down to a minimum by directing everyone where to go and what to do. I don't feel like I waited very long but Felicia did and apologized. John brought out my lunch and was also apologetic and very nice. I never mind waiting for a warm whopper...yum. I think the staff was exceptional....
Everytime we come here something is always messed up, wether I’m missing a fry that I payed for, I get the wrong wraps which is not hard to mess up I always get two classics, or their freeze machine is down after I already paid and they just wanna switch it with a normal drink. Don’t come here if you don’t want ur order messed up cause their famous for it.
