“I'm a regular at this place for a reason! My partner and I were looking for a good breakfast / lunch joint that had options for both of us because I'm gluten free and he is lactose intolerant. All the servers are great and Coco is especially knowledgeable about the food and possible modifications to certain dishes (try the quesadilla with Burmese tofu added! So good!). The specials are always interesting and my partner is never disappointed by the cookie of the week. Their batch brew coffee is Hyperion and better than your average diner joe. We've also never had issues getting a table, which is a huge plus considering the weekend brunch scene around Ferndale. I've never had a bad meal here and suggest you check it out even if you're not vegetarian- and get the cheeze sauce on the cosmic fries when you do!“
“My husband and I got a Groupon for a 5 inch chicken pot pie and it was AMAZING!!! The ingredients are all super healthy so I'm happy about that, and it's very delicious. I think there's too much pie crust and not enough stuffing. Also I was disappointed that it was frozen(carry out). Quite expensive as well, but worth it.“

“The food was so good. My delivery was super fast. It arrived hot and was seasoned so well. Another customer said they ate with their eyes closed and so did I lol. It was a great portion size and I enjoyed it with a nice glass of wine. It was soooo good. I highly recommend and will definitely order again.“

“Lincoln Yard and Little Yard are beyond incredible! I couldn’t wait for them to open and they exceed all expectations! The food is delicious, inventive, and fresh. (Try the swordfish, the tabouli, the cauliflower salad, the breads! Every dessert! All of it.) I can’t wait for the next meal! And the space?! It’s gorgeous! Every detail is a delight - from the fabulous palette to the vintage tennis posters, to the beautiful (and comfy) furniture. It is so welcoming and just makes you want to linger! 5+++stars!“
“Came here for a quick lunch as we were craving Greek Food. There was some confusion as we initially were looking for “Andrea’s Garden” as it showed they had Spinach pie. Unfortunately they have closed or there was a name change. Although they didn’t have spinach pie, the food we did order was great! We ordered a Lamb Gyro, and The Sliced Grilled chicken.The chicken was of a very generous portion and wonderfully cooked/seasoned. The fried potatoes it came with were also perfectly crispy/would be great for breakfast. It also came with the option of Soup (I elected for the Chicken Lemon Rice which was good too), Salad, or Cole Slaw. We inquired about the Cole slaw and our server not only described it, but gave us a sample without asking! It’s very finely shaved cabbage compared to most places and on the sweeter side which was nice too.Our server was awesome too, helpful and knowledgeable about the establishment and food, and very prompt about keeping our drinks filled!The establishment has LOTS of TVs so it’s a perfect spot to watch the game, and there is also Keno onsite.Thank you for the wonderful visit.Parking: Parking still easily accessible even with current construction.“
“I love, love, love this restaurant, the blueberry pancakes are slamming, the red beans and rice are on point and the fried chicken is better than any place I've been, never going to Popeye's or KFC ever AGAIN! The food is always hot and the prices are reasonable, you will not be disappointed!!!“
“My experience went well. My waiter was pleasant and welcoming. My husband and I go here often. We like to order an egg white omelet with all the veggies. With a side of pecan pancakes and hash brown done well. This is enough for us to share. The only suggestion I have is to make sure to soak your utensils in hot water. They can be a bit smudge. I do recommend this restaurant.“
