Cottage Inn Pizza Madison Heights

Other than one delivery problem taking an extra hour and a half not to bad

Just placed and order for lunch. My order never came. Called Madison heights location and was informed they delivered my food and gave it to a complete stranger. Never ringing my apartment door beep or verifying who they gave my paid for order to. Having an attitude with me for the fact they the driver didn’t do his job. Hung up the phone on a customer. When all I said was why didn’t the driver ring the door beep. This will be the last time I order from them. I hate rude people who don’t appreciate the customer.

I love this place so much. My family probably orders from here weekly because their pizza never misses!

My fiancé & I order two medium two topping pizzas from this location late after work. We didn’t get off until 11, by the time we got home it was 11:22. We called & they still took us with minutes to spare! Don’t usually do that as I am a chef & know the struggle! Found myself needing great food that wouldn’t take too much time for. They still took us! I was shocked! The guy who took our order over the phone was very polite, professional & very kind! Not only that but all we ordered were two pizzas! He gave gave us a free cookie, a free cherry coke, a huge stack of paper plates, a nice amount of crushed red pepper flakes & Romano cheese! the pizza is absolutely delicious! I will order from them again! The perfect pizza ✨👌❤️ thank you cottage inn for taking great care of us on our first time ordering with you guys! We had an amazing experience!

These guys are the best, they really go above and beyond. There was a mistake on doordash’s and they went the extra mile to make it right. Damn good pizza too 👌
