About a year ago i would given 5 stars but I don't know what is going on at this location. Everything used to be perfection. The past few times my gluten free bun has been smashed flat. (Gf bun is what brought me there) fries have been cold, burgers are a mess. My husband got a sourdough bread sandwich, we opened it up and there was no meat on it, when we went back they were highly annoyed with us and the 3 other people that were there with messed up orders. The food here is typically good here, and I would choose it over other fast food style places in the area. Sometimes the customer service is poor and the people taking orders are making mistakes or not understanding directions.

Dietary restrictions: Cheddar cheese available instead of American cheese.

Parking: Drive thru line can be very long and busy

Wheelchair accessibility: No. They don't keep both sets of doors...

I don't write 5 stars lightly, but in this case, I need to make an exception. I used the app for the first time, and my food was ready on time, and everything was correct. Usually, during a busy customer rush period, there's some mistakes here and there, but everything was perfectly done down to the condiments.

I would highly recommend coming you're hungry or just wanted to try something new.
