“I went on Mother’s Day weekend alone to try the beef neckbone melt that I saw reviewed on tik tok. They need better signs, I walked right past them and walked all around looking for them. They are right at the entrance. Other places have a distinct sign with their business name but I couldn’t spot theirs. The food had a 20 minute wait and I didn’t mind because I figured that meant this food was made fresh to order. The service wasn’t bad, the whole sandwich was $20 it came with a pickle and spicy or regular sauce. For $20 I would have love some French fries or chips to come with it but the sandwich was a nice size. It was good, not overly so I was expecting more seasoning but I still enjoyed it . The sauces didn’t add much for me. I ordered a peach tea that I didn’t love, wasn’t as sweet nor as peach flavored as I wanted but tea is one of those things that is truly about preference. Overall I enjoyed it, I hope they continue to flourish. I was proud that it seemed like most of the restaurants were owned by black ppl, this stuff didn’t exist in Detroit when I was growing up. I will go back to try more places. The bathroom was not really clean, barely had tissue and there was no mirror. I would use the bathroom somewhere else before I go next time. Give the neckbone spot a try tho!!“

“It's a nice food court in the sumerset mall in Troy.The food is more diverse than I have seen in other malls.From fries and burgers over Asian to Mediterranean .There is always plenty of chairs and table available.It's nice that it is all the way at the top level. Sadly you can't see the center of the mall.The prices are alright. They are a little higher than elsewhere. But this is due to the region of the mall not necessarily the mall itself.There is a big dome in the center giving a lot of natural light and from the closed end you can see the Skywalker that connects the north and south half of the mall. Overall a nice food court.The only thing that got me disappointed are the cheap chairs and tables. Some are wobbly , which is why I always check before sitting down.“

“I had an amazing experience at MotorBurger and can honestly say it’s one of the best burger spots I’ve tried. The burger was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and packed with that rich beef taste that really stands out. The sauce added the perfect balance and made every bite even better. The fries were also on point, crispy and well-seasoned, making them a great side to the meal. The atmosphere was modern and lively, which made the whole experience more enjoyable, whether you’re just grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends. “I had the jerk whole wing dinner with broccoli and cabbage and an extra side order of jerk wings! Don’t judge me, my only complaint is they don’t sell the cabbage as a side because their cabbage needs to win several awards! This place is a must try!“
