So I called corporate to let them know that a driver for their company ( a large semi truck) keeps blocking our drive thru lane at my restaurant. She told me to call the police which doesn't make any sense why wouldn't you just call the driver and tell them to move their truck . The hungry howies they are obviously delivering too is right across from my lot and completely empty so why they would chose to block my drive thru is beyond mme. I have asked the tru c k driver several times to not park there and block my lane and he always has an excuse. They are rude and inconsiderate to say the least.

After a negative experience with my local Hungry Howies, I was promised a refund for the problems I had faced. I was told that I would receive that refund within 3-5 days and if I did not receive the refund, I should contact corporate.Two week passed with no refund and I finally contacted corporate. They told me they would have the payment refunded within 24-48 hours. ANOTHER week passed without receiving my refund so I called AGAIN and kindly asked for this issue to be addressed — again, being told I would receive my refund within 24-48 hours. It has been over a week since I made that phone call and STILL have not been issued a refund. I have waited over a month for a refund. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could contact me so I could receive my refund and since calling has served no purpose, I hope someone can help via my review. Thanks.

I ordered a medium pizza with an order of cinnamon bread. The pizza had a topping that I am severely allergic to. I was hospitalized and treated after being discharged I called and expressed concern. Considering the fact that I could’ve sued , all I did was ask them to remake the pizza on a later date, the general manager, then agreed. Call today to try to use my credit and they claim it’s been utilize which is not the truth. Not to mention some people would have took matters way further, for example a lawsuit also, they didn’t even offer to remake the entire order due to not only inconvenience but the unsafe handling of food.

I always ask for let and tomatoes on side and always get them on it its ridiculous. Shouldn't have to call that into the store to get that option which your Madison heights told me I had to do it's a option for your subs for it on the side. And if you want extra if the cheese on the bbq flatbread dont give you the option gir mozzarella either which is on the bbq chicken flatbread if your stores dont honor it why make it a option

If I can post zero stars, I would.Beyond disappointed with the WB location on Maple and Farmington Road. There's a huge lack of professionalism and horrible customer service skills.I'm a repeated customer, someone who orders at least once a week from this particular store for years.When a customer places an order and not only checks the "I'd like my order at the front door" but also types in the notes, "leave at door please"; it's clear they need it at the door for a reason. If a store no longer offers that service, the customer should receive a phone call stating that they no longer leave orders at the door. I would've canceled the order. Instead, the most awful, disrespectful, LIAR delivery boy demanded I open the door and take the order from his hands. He then LIED and stated he was the manager and LIED again by saying he left the food at our door (I have a ring camera to prove it, you left with my order!)What kind of garbage people are hired here? Not only did I not receive my order, I didn't even get refunded, which I will reach out to corporate until I do.You've lost a lifelong customer for good!

Nobody wants to answer the phone at 23 mile rd. 10minutes. Then they hang up phone after being on hold. Unprofessional.

Wow- look at how many one star reviews you guys have. I guess I am not alone in my opinion that your customer service is absolutely horrendous. I spoke with Brandi about an ongoing issue here in Florida and she could absolutely care less - her answer is to tell you that each location is independently owned and operated, so I guess that is not corporate's problem? Your corporate office is horrible and somebody really needs to take out the broom and clean house.

What's this world coming to. Call to Order a pizza from a mile from your house and you routed to a call center in India. Great way to disassociate your customers from your business. Let's outsource jobs and strengthen other country's economies while our is going down the drain. Untrustworthy companies in foreign countries with your personal information all to order a pizza. What the hell is wrong with this company.

I want Hungry howie knows that they were 3 young ladies at the Almont, MI location last night. These 3 ladies gave us the best service in a long time and know how to take care of there customers. We think these 3 ladies should get some kind of gift cards from Hungry Howies for giving the best service to two disabled people. How many other Hungry Howie give disabled people a great service like these ladies did. Thank you for understanding and hope you tell the 3 ladies for doing a great job. Sincerely 2 disabled people

I called to place an order to the store on 10 Mile and Lasser in Southfield Michigan and instead of the man giving me the calzone order he made fun of my accent laughing at me saying I was throwing him off. You don't have to worry about me spending money there again

First time: For whatever reason, I was unable to order through the HH app, so I had to call the Clawson, MI store. For $25/and some change, all I got was two, "no dough, but tons of sauce with miniscule ingredients", RIPOFF bowls, a small pizza, and no credit for my order! Second time, same location: Pizza was undercooked, and it would have taken a microscope to detect any sesame seeds on the crust. Will not order from this location again! HH has gone down the toilet!

Well, you get a email saying food done and driver is being assigned. And you know that 30+minutes after the email, when you live 7 minutes away the foods going to be cold and soggy. Unfortunately, when I get treated like this, let’s say the Pizza Hut that is 2 minutes away hasn’t had an order from me in years, that is after they be giving free large pizzas makeup for the soggy pies, after a few failed orders. Let’s say fool me once shame on… well you know, no more fooling. My suggestion, is to get into the frozen pizza game, that way at least your flavor and style can stay in business in this competitive market of human errors.

PLANTATION 1809 N Pine Island road in fl is robbing people selling them small and if you don’t open your box before you pay which is impossible you can’t get your money back I went in on Martin Luther king holiday and my daughters bday I paid got in the car to check seen the smallest pizza I ever seen so I thought maybe an honest mistake went in told the owner he got very loud and rude and said that’s how his stores make his pizza and he owns the establishment and I said okay can I get a refund he then told no and he runs his store his own way when I ask to see they company policy about refunds I even called the law due to the fact I felt like I was robbed mistreated and discriminated against wrost EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Pizza was over cooked and burnt but hey since he owns one he feel like he can provide unfair customer service is BEYOND ME!
