I ordered the box meal. The big one and the burrito that came in it was less than a half inch thick and it had about an inch and a half on one side and about a little over an inch on the other side that had nothing in it at all. It's like they didn't put the stuff in. It definitely does not look like the picture.

Came on 12/09/25 @ 4:50ish pm and just like always, phenomenal service! I always go here and it’s the best one out of the three I live by (Royal Oak & Madison Heights). The service is the best part. The workers are always on point and have great customer service. Gave the food a 4 star because it’s usually great the only thing I can critique is the chalupa she’ll sometimes is a little hard. Best TBell in the area 💯

I normally don’t leave low reviews but hoping this one will get them to close down for a day and do a deep clean? Their drink tray literally has mold floating on top of the liquid. I was planning on dining in but decided not to because the inside smelled like stale and moldy.

I was waiting at the bus stop and it was hot so I got one of their Strawberry freska drinks and after I drank it I projectile vomited like 4 times in a row. They need to clean their drink machine.

Came on Sep 27 through the drive through proceeded to order noone was coming for assistance and when the did they kept leaving I lhad to keep asking for assistance over and over finally they came no apology more like I'm an inconvenience get to the window wait for my food to come get it no sauce to cover all $32 worth of food I bought asked for more the young lady handed me literally 2 hands full of sauce trying to be funny she knew that was a lot but ok never checked my bag pulled off big mistake get home and all my food was wrong mind you no one was in the drive through it was just us so why wasn't my food right. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!
