We go out to with our friends to different restaurants every Saturday. We have been to The Masters 4 or 5 times. Everytime has been a great experience. I have notice this gentleman in a suite always making sure customers we're taking care of and tables were cleared and set. This time I asked him his name and his role at the restaurant. I just had the most delicious supper there, and the service was top notch, too. I started with a limoncello/prosecco cocktail with crab cakes for an appetizer. My entree was the surf & turf (encrusted salmon filet atop a fresh, tender kale leaf with lamb chops), and my friend had the veal marsala, which was paired with a nice Pinot Noir. Disappointed with The Masters, Despite Its Potential
My wife and I were excited to try The Masters restaurant for a nice evening out. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. While the service was slow, it was clear that the staff was working hard to keep up with the number of guests. They seemed understaffed, but they were doing their best under the circumstances, which we appreciated.
