Only one person (a teenage boy w/ an iron stomach who drinks/eats just about anything) finished their drinks, and even his stomach hurts. Very disappointed after spending over $40 on these drinks. We have been drinking boba since 2011, before the craze, so it being an “unfamiliarity” isn’t the case. These drinks were terrible. I’ll be waiting for a follow-up call after speaking to the store. If the service is better, I will reconsider my rating.
Update: And yeah, they deserve less than the one star. Their service matched our poor experience. They didn’t refund us. I called that day, and they said a manager named Kevin would reach out. I gave it a few days. No one reached out. Then, I got the reply below. I went back to the store. One of their employees called the owner to let them know I was there. The owner proceeded to say, “Well, did you guys go to the hospital?” And then went back and forth with me, saying that no one else got sick, so they are refunding me.

Disappointed that we ordered on the iPads while it was empty inside & weren’t told that if we order at the counter instead, that the drinks would be buy 2 get 1 free. The girls working there today 12/28 at 4:45pm seemed uninterested in helping us.
Also why have a bathroom and then make it employees only??

I used to enjoy coming here because they had great brown sugar bubble tea and I still enjoy going to other locations of Tiger Sugar, but this location has gone downhill since the last time I've been. I usually always get the classic brown sugar milk tea and in the past, the roasted brown sugar flavor was GREAT, but now I can only taste sugar with maybe a hint of brown sugar and so as a result the brown sugar milk tea just tastes like sweet milk. It made me sad and I couldn't finish my drink because of the taste.

Nice bubble tea shop... Pros: best freshest boba, some alt milks, tasty drinks! Cons: confusing menu, lots of dairy stuff (could be a positive if you drink dairy cows milk)
Wowwwww we got the iced coffee with boba and pearls and it was such a delicious treat. Even stepping through the doors the place smelled so good. I don’t know what they marinated the boba in that made it so flavorful but it was so nicely done. Great service too, can’t wait to come back! Everything on the menu looks amazing.

I've had the same drink twice before here and it was really good, unfortunately the last time I went something was wrong with my drink. It had a powdery texture throughout and an almost sour flavor. I figure it was a one-off. It was just disappointing at the time, as it is a bit out of my budget so it is an infrequent treat.

I had the number 1 with lactose free and a black tea. Taste phenomenal! The boba is almost too sweet though but it mixed perfectly with the milk. They should open 1 location at Grand Rapids area.
