THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!! went through the drive thru and the lady got my order wrong when she handed it to me, i tried to hand it back but she would not take it. I told her the order was wrong and she told me I should have spoke louder. She would not give a refund, her name nor let me speak to a manager. She needs to learn manner, customer service and just how to treat people. I will never go back.
On Thursday 11/07/2019 around 6:15 am, I experienced the worst customer service at this Tim Horton's location. At the drive through, one of the employees was very nasty to me for no reason. As I placed my order and pulled up, the employee was already talking about me before I even put my window down to pay her.
