I know we are living hard times. But some people don't have Customer Service skills. If I say everything I felt I will never go back but anyway. Talking over me, don't letting me finished making my order. When I was talking she closed drive thru window in my face. Sadly poor customer service.
Don't waste time at this location. Cold food and poor customer service make this location almost as bad as the one on Greenfield rd.If you want a good Wendy's, I reccomend the drive to either Telegraph rd or Rochester rd. They have hot food, good customer service, and will fix mistakes without giving you a nasty attitude.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they were closed at 6 o'clock at night. I will not be going to this Wendy's anymore. We went across the street to McDonald's and they were fast and friendly. Learn a lesson from your competitors and do your job.
