11/13/23 9:20AM I had a mobile order and idk why the guy is that made my order or rung me up but he was in a very good mood for a Monday and made my stuff fresh when I got there and was just overall a welcoming soul. Make him the manager or something bc this location isn’t really the friendliest but he restored that today! No seriously, I work across the street at the college and I come here often so that tells you this kid did his thing!

I appear to have had better experiences than most have at this location. It is near my work and is a sizable upgrade over the Wendy's locations near where I live. Other than an occasional lengthy waiting period to get food, I've had no issues. My orders have all been correct and the staff has been solid.

I went to this Wendy’s in Madison Heights on John R. Just south of 14 mile Road. One of the two doors were locked, and I thought the place was closed at noon and almost walked away. The other door was open. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, a large fry, and a new cold brew drink. I have had the chicken Caesar wrap before, however, today it was barely edible.
