Went through the drive thru and whomever take the order needs a lesson on customer service. Always and older lady with a horrible attitude never and repeats your order. Got the wrong order had to go in was never apologized to and had to pay extra for my actual order as well as the other food was taken back. We love this place normally but will definitely be reconsidering going back.

Yiu can't go wrong with A&W. We visited the location in Manistee MI. They were pretty busy so the service was a little slow but otherwise a good time.

I came with a friend to Manistee just to get a Coney dog and rootbear at this A & W and noticed right away the negative atmosphere behind the counter the young gal who waited on me looked so unhappy, and when I tried to strike up a conversation with the manager she was very cold and ignored me, my first job was working at an A & W in high school and we had to be friendly, the chili on the hotdog was runny and so was the liquid cheese, the chili dogs of the past had real cheese so this also was disappointing. I know it's hard to find good help these days but you need to let this manager know her attitude should not be allowed when working with the public.

The building is disgusting! The floors are sticky and dirty. The bathroom is awkwardly positioned and gross. The service was slow but it was busy so we don’t blame them. Food was good however, don’t get the chicken tenders! They were gooey and slimy. Stick to a yummy burger! Fried are so good!

My husband and I were in there yesterday around this time. And the only thing that was professional about the whole place was the cashier. And clearly the youngest person there. She was very sweet and her “teammates” could have done better helping her. Then, while we waited for our food (which took FOREVER, btw) we got to listen to the employees in the back all talking and fighting about someone else who works there. The loudest one back there was the manager I think. Maybe if they would have paid more attention to their customers and not the drama, maybe they could’ve at least gotten our order right. Didn’t even get what we ordered. And the food was terrible. We are bummed. Just moved to the area and my husband was pretty excited about it.
