“Visited the area on vacation and was told about this little gem by word of mouth. I was very surprised by the food. Priced was great, food was excellent as well as the service. Keep in mind, this is a small restaurant, they fill up fast. I went when they were busy and waited about 15 minutes. It was well worth it. On my way out, I bought their Fireball Maple Syrup. It was so good that I bought another before leaving for home.”

“Excellent service. Food was amazing! All fresh ingredients and the Greek owner cooks everything herself. The pizza menu looked amazing, but this time we opted for Mediterranean dishes and weren’t disappointed! This place can be easily overshadowed by the restaurant next door but don’t let that happen because you will have missed out on a great experience! We are glad we discovered it!”

“Ok, TLB is brewery #263 for me. This was my second brewery for today before heading off to my hotel and it was definitely a great stop. I always try to review a brewery based on beers alone but sometimes it's hard. Sometimes I stop in and the vibe is just not good, or the service sucks, but neither was the case here. Great vibe, friendly staff and patrons. And as I will get to in a moment, the beer was great too. This is a small brewery with a one barrel system and a small tasting room. It's size belies it's impact though. The beers were really good, although I will not review them in depth individually. Sorry but I ended up chatting with Jameson, the owner, as well as a couple of patrons at the bar. The beer highlights for me were the blueberry and the barrel aged red. SWPFTD would enjoy the barrel aged red. In fact it might have made her PD if you know what I mean. You probably don't but if you don't take the time to figure it out you never will. Your loss... Of course your loss could be your time in figuring it out. This is going to be a short but enthusiastic review. I would definitely recommend stopping in at Third Life Brewing if you are in the area. Of course it would be really hard to stop in if you aren't in the area. In fact I'm hoping to stop in again since I missed picking up a TLB sticker for my RV fridge which is covered in brewery stickers. Maybe Jameson will read this and reach out to offer up a sticker. (Awesome name by the way...) If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you! I hope my confidence is not misplaced.”

“Lindsay made our trip to Manistee complete! She was so attentive, and she brought my son, the absolute coolest children’s drink in the universe! She gave us wonderful suggestions, and we completely loved the Philly flatbread in my martini was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and need us feel like we were locals or a family. We will be back!”

“Big Al’s delivered on all fronts: their Stromboli was tasty, the service lightning-fast, and bonus points for another meal with the leftovers. Casual, delicious, and efficient—count us in for round two!”

“The t.v.s were all muted, that was fantastic. It was busy but not too loud for a conversation. We shared a 16oz prime rib meal and had just a little leftover. It was absolutely delicious. The server was great, came just often enough and was professional, warm, and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: It was wheelchair accessible.”

“I just went here today around 5:30-6ish and this young man made my 2 subs. It was the best sub I ever ate at any location, he made it perfect. And listened really well.”

“Solid place to get a meal! Love the atmosphere and the variety of food choices. They do a fair job at ensuring the menu online is as up to date as possible. Got the Uno Burger and was pleasantly impressed. The outside of the patty was burned to a crisp (a little more than my liking for a smash burger) however, when I got to the middle, it was absolutely mouthwatering.The location unfortunately is somewhat "out of sight out of mind" however, they're doing phenomenal at marketing and announcing they're here! Love the community engagement! :)”

“Last night .late part of the night . Was awesome. Food great such a Stunningly gorgeous bartender I have fallen in love with at first sight. this is all new too me an I know we loock eyes many times . Never had I felt like this for a women before still haven't slept . Can't stop thinking of her . Being I was so nervous to approach her I could only stare at her . Just blows my mind .”

“Stopped here with friends while on vacation last year at the end of August, they had just started their buffet at the time. First time ever, I had seen an all you can eat buffet of this type. The section was small, as they had just started it and were planning to add more. Even though it was just the start of it, I couldn't have been happier with the service and amount of options for the price. Food was delicious.”

“Their Manistee IPA is great, closest place that has it is about 45 minutes from me, but it was worth picking up when I was in the area. Best IPA I have tried so far.”
