We really like eating there. We drive there from Ludington. The food has always been good. Except we have noticed last summer the broasted chicken has changed. It's smaller pieces. Maybe they can't help that but, not sure why but the chicken has been way over cooked. The meat is really dry. We hope this gets figured out. It's happened several times now. Wonderful experience! The food, the broad menu, the service, everything was outstanding! We have not been this impressed in a very long time.
My son and I were in recently for the first time while visiting the area. The atmosphere was spot on. We we both had the pepper jack crab soup and thought it was absolutely awesome! I had the English fish and chips and my son had a fried bluegill and both generous were absolutely delicious. We thought our server took good care of us considering it was a busy time of the evening. We will definitely be back!
