“We really like eating there. We drive there from Ludington. The food has always been good. Except we have noticed last summer the broasted chicken has changed. It's smaller pieces. Maybe they can't help that but, not sure why but the chicken has been way over cooked. The meat is really dry. We hope this gets figured out. It's happened several times now. We'll give it another try. It used to be when you cut into the chicken juice would run out. Man, that was so good. Probably over cooking it because the pieces are smaller... ??“

“I loved my first experience with this place and I hope to be back soon. The staff was attentive and polite. The atmosphere was great. This ia not just another sports bar. My husband and I were drawn into the old, black white movie being played on the screen as we waited for our meal. We didn’t wait long! Afterwards, I said to my husband how nice it was to NOT feel ripped off in a restaurant. We each had 2 hotdogs (the Tuesday special) and a beer. Others seemed equally happy as the place was packed. I especially appreciated that there was outside seating. We will be back.“

“Lahey's Pub is a local favorite -- great people serving creative cocktails and the vibe is laid-back and relaxed. Laura, Jamil and the rest of the gang are always welcoming. Grab some pizza or a salad from Portage Point Pizzeria and Cafe' with an ice-cold beer from Lahey's Pub and relax on the porch. Beautiful Portage Lake makes for an amazing view! It doesn't get any better than that.“
