Pre covid buffet was really good. Post covid not so much. The food is OK…servers are friendly. The price, pretty outrageous. Covid pretty much ruined things.

Honestly the food isn't that great.. I've gone a few times some dishes are good the brisket is always decent on Sundays. But the food sometimes tastes old, very bland or over cooked. It's okay at best.

We had the best experience . This was the best wait staff. Super friendly and attentive. Mariah was our waitress and she was amazing!! She made our time here that much better.

Sunday breakfast was good! Horrible manager has confrontations with her staff on the floor, staff wasn’t attentive we needed to chase down the server to pay and then she disappeared to the back room with my card. Please get some mobile payment devices. We live in the era of hotspot and wifi technology, join us so we don’t need to worry about being scammed. Quality of atmosphere, service and food was subpar. While I think it was clean I think management should be fired and staff retrained. Also note the mandatory 18% for groups. I always leave 20% but for larger groups it would sway me because while they serve more it’s not as complicated to serve 10 people in a group over 10 individual tables so I wouldn’t want to be held to that kinda tip especially if the service continues to decline like it has over the last few decades.

We came in and tried the buffet on a Sunday evening. The food was not very good at all. We tried many different items and it was either very bland or the food tasted old.

Even though the website had incorrect hours, our food was fabulous! The service was top notch. Please correct your website.

I thought I’ve been to the worst buffet but this one takes the cake. Avoid this place like the plague. If you like to throw away your money this is the place. What’s upsetting was I spent $29x2 to eat this crap. I’ve been to many casinos and they all have been good. The atmosphere is so bad. These people have just given up! I feel bad for the servers. I think they know how bad the food is also. The food tasted like it was leftovers from the following day sitting under heat lamps all day long!!! Salad green wilted and old! Deserts was just as bad. $29 really? The owners should be ashamed of themselves! I should have read the reviews before I came here!! Go to the Chinese buffet a few doors down for half the cost and probably just as bad but at least you didn’t spend $29!!!? Stay away from this place you have been warned!!!!

Just waiting in line forever. Kinda ridiculous. Line not even moving. With this price they need to hire more people. Plenty of tables I see are available. I heard an excuse- short on staff.

I thought the food was delicious. The buffet doesn't have as many selections as I expected. I wish it was as large as it was before covid. I would love to see some great fresh baked rolls and breads. Very kind staff. The price is a little steap. I tried The buffet at Turtle Creek Casino today which is about $15- $20 cheaper, and it was awful. I wouldn't waste the money again. So if you want to enjoy a great buffet dinner, and play some slots, I highly recommend Little River Casino, and BIG Lake Buffet!

The food was horrible. We went for the crab and prime rib night. There was not a big selection of food as you’d expect from a buffet. It was expensive for how tasteless the food was. Definitely don’t recommend, and will not be coming back. Our server was very nice tho, so props to her for being so great.

Do you like terrible nursing-home food for the cost of expensive real food? If so, you will love the Big Lake Buffet! The same morons shoveling their grand-children's college funds into the slot machines will gladly shovel this trash into their mouths. Did anyone notice how the quality has dropped? Super disappointing; they should be embarrassed.

Waited 1 hour (on Thanksgiving) for a huge disappointment. Very few items to choose from and the turkey was pre-sliced and looked discolored. Salad bar was miniscule to say the least. Big finish was the pumpkin pie that we all question what was that taste in it?! Service was friendly but only saw her twice. Once for our drink order, then to pay our bill. Overall I'd really give it 1/2 of a star.

Post Covid reopening is a huge disappointment. At least a third in size it used to be, the salad was the best thing we had, and it was barely more than what you get as a side salad at a diner. Everything used to be fresh, there were tons of options, now it’s limited options that have been under a heat lamp for way too long. At least the fall colors were good on the drive over, really disappointed at what they did here trying to pass it off as what it used to be. Don’t waste your money on this, it explains why Rapid’s Bistro was so busy.
