Even though the website had incorrect hours, our food was fabulous! The service was top notch. Please correct your website.

I thought I’ve been to the worst buffet but this one takes the cake. Avoid this place like the plague. If you like to throw away your money this is the place. What’s upsetting was I spent $29x2 to eat this crap. I’ve been to many casinos and they all have been good. The atmosphere is so bad. These people have just given up! I feel bad for the servers. I think they know how bad the food is also. The food tasted like it was leftovers from the following day sitting under heat lamps all day long!!! Salad green wilted and old! Deserts was just as bad. $29 really? The owners should be ashamed of themselves! I should have read the reviews before I came here!! Go to the Chinese buffet a few doors down for half the cost and probably just as bad but at least you didn’t spend $29!!!? Stay away from this place you have been warned!!!!

Just waiting in line forever. Kinda ridiculous. Line not even moving. With this price they need to hire more people. Plenty of tables I see are available. I heard an excuse- short on staff.

I thought the food was delicious. The buffet doesn't have as many selections as I expected. I wish it was as large as it was before covid. I would love to see some great fresh baked rolls and breads. Very kind staff. The price is a little steap. I tried The buffet at Turtle Creek Casino today which is about $15- $20 cheaper, and it was awful. I wouldn't waste the money again. So if you want to enjoy a great buffet dinner, and play some slots, I highly recommend Little River Casino, and BIG Lake Buffet!

The food was horrible. We went for the crab and prime rib night. There was not a big selection of food as you’d expect from a buffet. It was expensive for how tasteless the food was. Definitely don’t recommend, and will not be coming back. Our server was very nice tho, so props to her for being so great.

Do you like terrible nursing-home food for the cost of expensive real food? If so, you will love the Big Lake Buffet! The same morons shoveling their grand-children's college funds into the slot machines will gladly shovel this trash into their mouths. Did anyone notice how the quality has dropped? Super disappointing; they should be embarrassed.

Waited 1 hour (on Thanksgiving) for a huge disappointment. Very few items to choose from and the turkey was pre-sliced and looked discolored. Salad bar was miniscule to say the least. Big finish was the pumpkin pie that we all question what was that taste in it?! Service was friendly but only saw her twice. Once for our drink order, then to pay our bill. Overall I'd really give it 1/2 of a star.

Post Covid reopening is a huge disappointment. At least a third in size it used to be, the salad was the best thing we had, and it was barely more than what you get as a side salad at a diner. Everything used to be fresh, there were tons of options, now it’s limited options that have been under a heat lamp for way too long. At least the fall colors were good on the drive over, really disappointed at what they did here trying to pass it off as what it used to be. Don’t waste your money on this, it explains why Rapid’s Bistro was so busy.

This is the worse buffet I've ever had .only thing I finished was mashed potatoes and gravy and apple crisp ..pork was dry ,bbq pork was sour ,chicken was dry baked potatoes cold and dry ..they should be ashamed of the quality they serve for 30.00 dollars.
This place used to be great, now it's way overpriced for the selection you get, won't be back!!

If you love crab, prime rib, and/or shrimp, it’s worth the price ($50 per person). Otherwise don’t go. There aren’t a lot of other offerings. Since they reopened after COVID, they reduced how much food they offer but I’ve had no complaints about the quality of the food. Whereas before, the crab would be completely dried out at least 25% of the time, the prime rib would be either too rare or too done. Now I’m happy with all of the food quality. This is for the Friday and Saturday night buffet. I’ve never been to their week night buffet.
I hate that I am rating this so low because usually I love the prime rib and crab buffet. Today though it was the worst experience ever. The server wouldn't cut my husband's prime rib the way he wanted but they would give him two pieces to equal what he wanted. WHAT???!!! we are paying $50.00 per person and you can't get the size you want?? The crab legs were FROZEN and took forever to get them and then they weren't edible. We were very disappointed and probably won't be back.
Not worth the price on Friday and Saturday nights. Service is amazing. Food, not so great and price is terrible. The only thing with any flavor is the crab legs and prime rib.the other food on the buffet was not good. It was not kept warm enough so it was cold by the time you get to your table. The seasoning was either over powering or non existent. The crib legs, all though tasted ok, smelled very fishy. They were also very hard to get out of the shell. More was wasted than eaten. And when I pay over $100 for 2 people...I expect way better quality food. If the food quality matched the service, it would be worth it.
