Food was good but the manager Nancy was the one who took our order and she was super rude and not a pleasant person. Not only was she rude to us, but to the other people ordering as well. If you can’t be nice to customers, maybe you shouldn’t be in a customer service position.
Took the family too bk yesterday it was a good time mostly had the inside to ourselves but kids behaved and we all got full if ur hungry and in Oakdale swing on I burger king or hot the drive thru. Adams family promotional crowns right now for the kids too.
2-22-24 The man working the food window was AMAZING. I assumed he was a manager because of the shirt difference, but non the less he was amazing! My coworker and I were driving 2 hours home late evening after a long day and he gave us smiles, and laughter for the ride home. He gave us each a crown that we immediately fit and put on and wore home! Our food was delicious. Hot and made perfect! Thanks BK for keeping 2 ladies awake for a long drive after a long day.
