Love me some culver's. Haven't been to one in years and when I last went it was at the Cadillac location and it was good. But I recently went to the Manistee location with the wifey and it was Great we were helped right away and there were plenty of seats available. Food takes a min but it cooked to order and worth it. I love Culver's! I just can't stop. Can't stop. ???‍♂️☄️

Parking: Plenty of spots to take, plenty of spots to steal from workers ready to clock in.

Kid-friendliness: They are friendly with kids, I've seen it myself. The kids keep ordering corn dogs, it's a feat to be seen.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of flat surfaces for wheels, enjoy.

The meal I ordered for my family was incorrect and when I called and spoke with a manger, the gentleman I spoke with compleatly understood my frustrations and apologized appropriately and took down my information. Two weeks later I received an envelope from Culver's that had a cupin in it that replaced my meal. There was also an apology letter from the General Manager, Megan. This was a wonderful customer service experience and they definitely kept me as a customer!
