This place has went down hill. Fr alot of younger people working here. They can never get an order right like seriously Everytime I go threw drive through they get our order wrong. I mean how hard is it to repeat back someone's order and make sure your punching in what customers tell you they want. It's now hard, furthermore you shouldn't sit there and debate with a customer about what they ordered and tell them they are wrong and that we have to make sure that...
The 3 employees who were working the 4th of July night did an exceptional job when they were slammed, closing and short staffed ! They did so well with customer service, patience and timely manner. 👏 mad props to them.
A Great, Hardworking Crew at this McDonald's - I'm not a frequent visitor, however, when I do stop in &/or pick up food via their drive-thru, it's readily apparent that we're Extremely Fortunate to have these committed employees serving our One-Of-A-Kind community at this establishment here in the "GMA" (Greater Manistee Area)..! :-)
