Excellent product, excellent staff. This is Manistee's best coffee shop. It kicks Biggby and Trophies in the dirt by simply offering a higher quality product. I'm a fairly regular customer and I can tell you that every time I've visited, I've experienced nothing but awesomeness.

Quick and friendly service. My latte was scorching hot, at least 10 degrees hotter then it should be, the espresso tastes burnt due to the heat of the milk.
I LOVE my drinks I got for my coworker and I! I’ve never been there and the lady at the window helped me out! Super sweet lady! And the drinks were very good with and without the blueberry bursting pearls
