My family was visiting the UP in Michigan and stopped by the Fillmore for dinner. We ordered take out due to our dog being with us, which was not ideal. We ordered BBQ boneless wings, pizza and I wanted Chicken Tikka Masala. The wings and pizza were delicious and fresh as was the pizza. The Tikka Masala was sweet, not authentic at all. I love the fact that this restaurant had such a variety of food choices and cuisines, but focus on each cuisine could be better. Overall recommended for American food.

They only had 1 waiter but he was doing his best and handled things well. We have the cheese fries appetizer, 2 burgers and falafel pita. Everything tasted great and we ate every last bite. I’d definitely go here again.

“The Fillmore of Manistee” is one of those places that leaves you wondering why people don’t talk about it more often, from the beautiful interior, to the delicious food, you can’t miss here… I got to know some wonderful people here at the Fillmore and there is no way to describe the kitchen and front of house staff other than “family”, because what makes this place extra special is the one on one with “real people making delicious food”, and the great atmosphere it sets for a wonderful luncheon or dinner of any occasion. Thank you “Fillmore of Manistee” for going the extra mile during covid and going above and beyond.
3 stars for atmosphere and food. Drinks are sub standard and everything we ordered was sour. Expected craft cocktails but bar is limited.

$75 for shitikka masala (play on words). Went with my family. Food was overpriced and flavor was bland. The chicken tikka tasted like puréed tomatoes piled on a bed of rice. Staff was nice and at least the fries tasted good.

We stopped in Manistee on our way to the lake house. The meal was great and servers were very nice, I could tell they were stretched thin. The kids meals were appropriately sized, which I loved. So many times they give the kids huge meals and it gets mostly thrown away. I would definitely recommend.
