Visited Wendy's to try the new Frosty choices. I got the strawberry pop tart fusion and my wife got the strawberry swirl. Pretty disappointing. Mine was basically strawberry ice cream with some phony crunchy pop tart pieces. My wife's was just vanilla ice cream with some strawberry syrup in the middle of the cup. Combine this with the typical employee hijinks visible from the drive thru window made this another reason to skip Wendy's.
The Manistee Wendy's team is always extremely friendly and provides great service, particularly when an error has (infrequently) been made. Their food (burgers and chili are our favorites) is hot and fresh and we love the craft lemonades.
Adam was a key part of out amazing experience with this place.. he was accommodating and very polite to our indecisive and loud group that came in 10 minutes before the lobby closed amd still never felt rushed or an inconvenience.. our food was great, and all of it the way we ordered it too..
