Food was good, but the person working the bar didn't know what simple syrup was and the lack of dairy(a staple in many cocktails) was a bit surprising considering they stocked a decent selection of liquors that go well with dairy. I later overheard employees talking rather loudly about someone "asking for heavy cream" as if it was a hugely negative thing when all I said when they mentioned they didn't stock dairy was "Ah, ok gotcha thank you"
