I order a door dash of a marinade meatball sub it was a foot long and on Jan 5 2026 there was only 2 meatballs on the whole sub. And just a full on mess of the sandwich due to the sauce. I’m not sure whole was making the sandwich as I door dashed it but it was terrible I threw it away. My wife also order a protein bowl and wanted no teriyaki sauce instead wanted bacon ranch sauce got bothe mixed together and giant clumps of cheese. I hope no one else has to get this food again

Always question the prices as they seem to set there own whenever they feel like it. I got charged for 2 5 meat Italian, one with double meat, one regular. They changed me for 2 double meats, and when I told them the lady named Sarah that was working sarcastically claimed that they were both made with double meat. They were not

Food was cold, should have been toasted like ordered through the app. Hardly any spinach when ordered extra. Need to label sandwiches so we know which is which. Staff was cold and Uninviting the last 2 times.

I’ve been there 10 times probaly in the past year and not one time I’m out of there within 25 minutes. They never have bread stocked, and they never have online orders ready in time I’ve talked to many people and they all say the same.
