We love Bootjacks and have for years, however the last few times we have tried to go the kitchen is closed with no warning so we’ve already driven out of the way. Tonight I tried to call and no one answered and Facebook indicated no schedule change so we get there to find a note on the door stating that the kitchen is closed but the bar is open. Would it be so hard to answer the phone to let people know that? Or just make a post on Facebook.
New ownership gets two thumbs up! They brought steak back and this huge porterhouse was awesome. The new owner says lots of new changes are coming. He showed us some pics of new menu items and the staff is super enthusiastic about the changes. I’m super happy because we live close and plan come often.
They kept the food going just for us! Well happy new year!! Thank you cannot be described with this snow storm out!
