“What a treat. Great service, great sandwiches with great flavor and stacked high with meat, slaw and kraut. As soon as the sandwich came to the table, I knew this could be the best value(quantity, quality, flavor and price) I have received at a restaurant in a very long time. I was right. Perfect combination, awesome value.My only suggestion would be for signage. We started out heading north past this location, and my brain said "wow, a small market out here away from it all". I did not recognize that it was a restaurant, until later in the day when were were checking google for a place to eat. A sign at the road (or as near as they allow) might help draw more "passer by's" into the location.“
“This place is a hidden gem. It was recommended on a fb area community page. I had reached out for tips, and advice for food and things to do.We went in for lunch the first time and ordered sandwiches. They were fresh made with noticely fresh ingredients. The restaurant is in an older building, well kept up and clean. There was plenty of seating and adequate helpful staff. We had to go back for breakfast the next morning. I ordered the French toast. Honestly, it's the best I've ever had. It was a nice thick whole grain bread used for the French Toast. My husband ordered a breakfast plate, which was ample food to feed more than one person. I also met the women (Sydney) who recommended the place. This little small town restaurant is a gem. It was obvious the locals frequent the placeThe staff knew everyone, and made us feel like family. The charm of this place was amazing...it was the staff, getting it right, the hustle it getting our food out to us and the delicious food.“
“Was in town for the weekend for a bachelor party. There are four pictures posted with the review because we went back twice in that single weekend.The guys wanted pizza so we picked the closest spot and oh man did we pick a winner! We ordered a couple pizzas and went to pick them up to eat back at our cabin. When we got back and opened them up, they were still steaming, cheese was melty, crust was crispy and had a nice crunch, everything you want in a pizza! I, myself, ordered a club wrap and it blew me out of my shoes. It was loaded with flavor. The side of cole slaw was probably some of the best cole slaw I've had... and from a pizzeria!? What a surprise!We were so impressed, we went back the next day for more! I can't speak on anyone else's order the second time around (they all enjoyed their food), but I got the cheeseburger deluxe with an extra patty. The burger was very impressive. The meat was cooked to order with thick juicy patties. Fries were okay, a little over cooked but it wouldn't stop me from coming back a third time.There was only one person working, a younger kid... we were a large group and he handled it like a pro. He took our order, we didn't wait very long and he was bringing out all of our food. He knocked it out of the park. That quality of service deserves a raise! Definitely would return.“
“Lake Ann is so fortunate to have this little gem in their village. Don't let the small size fool you. Good selection on the menu, fairly priced, just right portions and.......good food. Can dine in or you can order take out, sit at the brewpub next door and enjoy a cold brew while your order is prepared.“
“Delicious pizza place. We’ve been coming up here for years and this might be one of the best pizzas in the area that I’ve had. It’s Detroit style. We got a pepperoni and cheese and fungi add cheese. And Cesar salad. The pepperoni is crispy and slightly spicy (nothing bad but might be intense for kids). The red sauce wasn’t overly acidic. Which I appreciated. The fungi add cheese with garlic was great too. As for the salad I could taste the anchovy in the dressing which was a welcome surprise that they’re doing it right!“
“We came in with a larger party of 8, had to wait a little bit. Candy and the other server quickly put tables together to accommodate us and got us taken care of. I had the Greek bread stick and Greek pizza and I was great. Will definitely be back when we come back in town. Thanks you:)“
“I went in on a Saturday afternoon.. (530pm ish) prime dinner time wasn't long wait but this lady came in after me she was complaining about people coming in after getting food before she got hers.. your team did what they could to please her very appolagtic.. they apologized to me.. I was in no rush at all... the team was very nice.. food was fresh... I recommend you guys for good sandwiches.. kid friendly place!Kid-friendliness: Great choices for food... not my kids but kids infront of me the cashier was nice gave the kids stickers“
“We Loved The Homestead. It is a Wonderful Place to Stay. The Staff and area are beautiful. And the Bar by the Beach is a great place to hang out. We did not go to Nonna’s or that area but people there looked like they were totally enjoying that area. And there is the Sound of Laughter at night coming from many of the condo screened porches. The Reason I gave it a 4 is that while beautiful and very well situated it is on the higher priced side. I just think people should be aware that does carry a bit of a price tag.“
