get some employees that wanna work for starters. shouldn't be paying full price, and have to settle with soggy jo Jo's, and soggy cold chicken, because the employee doesn't want to cook some fries, or fresh anything. the small portion of mac and cheese was clumpy with crusty stuff in it.. it's literally your only job to make fresh food with a good attitude. this saint Clairsville Champs needs some very serious work. the Champs in North canton blows this one out of the water when it comes to service, and quality. doesn't even come close. day, and night difference.

We enjoyed hot, fresh and crispy chicken last evening at the Mohall ND. The service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back.
2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.
