I ordered my family through drive through app and then they tell i have to wait full time for my order and still mess it up. They can never get anything right.

Honestly we stop here often on a long drive make regularly. However tonight we had to wait 30 min in the drive through (for nuggets and fries), only to have to go back in and wait AGAIN because they gave us the wrong order and no longer had the correct one, not sure what happened, but we were offered an insincere apology.
After all of that, the nuggets weren't even fresh. Will be stopping at a different location moving forward.

80 year old taking orders and can't do basic math. Never gets orders correct. Was just charged 12.26 for a burger and frozen coke. And she wanted to argue she was right.

This McDonald’s consistently forgets food and you always have to go back and have them get you the food. The worker today was being a snot about it too. It’s also 50/50 with the food quality, half the time it’s very poor but the other half it’s really good. Very frustrated about the missing food everytime.

As a McDonald’s worker I don’t understand how hard it is to check a bag to make sure everything is there before giving it a customer. Everytime I go to this McDonald’s they always fail to deliver everything that I ordered and was that was on the receipt.

When I head upnorth I love stopping at this McDonald’s because it’s just such great quality. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is kept up. My experience has always been positive. Thank you for the hospitality and care that goes into the operation of this mc Donald’s! We love you
