The staff were absolutely polite and catered to all my needs. The food was better than I expected and the cost was totally reasonable. Also there was a soup and salad buffet that offered more than soup and salad. The only reason I have the atmosphere a 3 star was because the staff was busy. I would recommend this establishment to friends and family. Also I'd like to give a shout out to the staff. Not only where they busy, they took the time out of their busy schedule to make sure our party was well taken care of.

I stopped with my mom because "Big Boy" is nostalgic for us. When I was a kid in Milwaukee, we would stop at the local one as a family. I remember the big boy turning around up on top of the restaurant. They offer Pepsi ??? so rare these days. Our food was good and the onion rings were delicious!
Parking: Getting into the location was a little tricky from the main street, heading north.

Where did Big Boys go? The menu was not a Big Boy menu. The selection looked different.
The cost of the meals were so much money $20 to $40 that I feel that they push you on to the buffet for $16.99.
My friend and I wanted lunch.
The buffet honestly sucked too. The salad was brown, the stuffing was mashed up bread.
After spending just over $50 for lunch for two nearly the whole experience was horrible. I will say that our waitress was amazing.
I don't like giving a negative review, but it's an honest review. Unfortunately I don't come to the UP often to even give it a second try.

I love this place but they can't cook eggs for shit. The grill is always turned up to high and your over medium eggs are always over easy and brown from to high of heat. I sent them back and this is what I get (couldn't post a pic but the eggs are now over hard and have a brown crispy layer on top) SMH. Oh, and the toast is soaked in butter oil. Be sure to order your toast dry. Marquette needs more breakfast options.

The waitress was outstanding. But the place was severely understaffed and very very dirty. Food and crumbs were everywhere on the floor throughout the restaurant, including the cashier area. The food was ok but overpriced. To be honest when seeing how dirty the place was it definitely took away from an enjoyable experience. Not a place I would eat at again. If Big Boy wants to make a comeback they should hire more staff and properly keep a clean environment.
