The staff were fine, but the food was terrible. I don’t expect a simple cheese burger to disappoint me so much. The burger was really greasy, so the low quality bun was soggy. The cheese curds were also a disappointment. Everything was also very expensive for the portion sizes. That was my experience. If you decide to go here, I hope yours is better.

We are not from around the area and it was our first time in this town. I’m rating this place a zero. Our family stopped in looking for a good burger place. There was an unmarked drive around the building and my husband pulled into the second driveway, which ended up being a drive thru and one direction, there was no sign for a one way or any indication there was even a drive through window. We went inside and the lady asked us if we were picking up or ordering, she nicely pointed to the menu. The man that was running the grill aggressively came up to the counter yelling that the drive was a one way and that it better not happen again. My husband stated that there were no signs and we didn’t know and the man continued yelling that he didn’t care and it better not happen again. Terrible staff. Walked out. Wouldn’t recommend.

10/10. Wanted a quick, last second dinner. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cashier/cook, Konner, was extremely nice and friendly. Great service, great food. Will definitely come here again soon.

Stumbled upon this spot and couldn't be happier I did! When you're from the Detroit area you spend a lot of time in Coney Islands aka Greasy Spoons...where the burgers are crispy on the edges, the onions soft and sweet and the grease drips down your fingers as you bite into it. When you move up north everything is so wonderful but you miss those burgers! The Big Burger Grille satisfied each criteria of those city burgers, in spades. Not to mention the vanilla milkshake and cheese curds were top notch too! Can't thank ya'll enough!

Wow, stopped to grab a bite before starting my journey to head out of the UP☹️ and HOLY WOW food is fiiire! I got the single with bacon and the loaded tots and I will def be back when I visit again in a couple weeks! Great food great service

First off I ordered coney dogs the first one I had got was great loaded with bacon cheese chilly onion ... I ordered tonight and got chilly and cheese when I called to see why it wasn't normally what I get I was told of sorry I guess we all make them different and offered no solution to justify that as a business everything should be made the same way so people know what there getting! On top of that it was paid with a fifty dollar bill my total was $25 bucks she wasn't gonna give the change said have a nice day giving herself a 24 dollar tip for food a two year old could have made i will never eat here again and that lady working should be fired

Great burgers & shakes! Not my favorite type of fries tho, as I like them crunchier. They also have hotdogs, brats, chicken sandwiches, etc. They are also next to Main Street Pizza & share a dining space with them. Located next door to Habitat for Humanity Store just off Hwy 2 & 41 just south of Harvey & traffic light. Kid friendly.
